Five specialists, one standard
Every conversion is built by our own team of five: a steel fabricator who cuts and frames the openings, a carpenter who fits out the inside, an insulation and cladding specialist who keeps it warm and dry, and a site and delivery lead who prepares your garden and guides the HIAB lift. Founder Jack Cunningham runs the show, planning each build with you and signing off every finish.
Jack spent more than fifteen years as a qualified kitchen fitter, and that counts for more than you might think. Kitchen fitting means exact joinery in tight spaces where the finish is everything: straight lines, flush panels and a flawless finish where every millimetre can be seen. He brings that standard to every container the team converts, and his reputation rests on getting the best result he can for every customer, whatever the size of the job.
Why containers, and why now
This has been on the cards for a long while. Then the right chance came up: a big supply of quality containers ready for converting straight away. Having that stock works in your favour, because your build never has to wait on a supplier. Once the job is agreed, we begin.
Shipping containers make a great starting point: before we do anything, they’re already strong, secure, structural and weather-tight. We take that steel shell and make a room of it that nobody would guess began as a box, insulated properly, finished beautifully and built to last. Every conversion’s structure is backed by a 25-year structural guarantee.
The way we work
Plain talking, no nonsense, and everything built around you instead of off the shelf. We’ll be honest about what your idea will need, planning and Building Regs included, and we will never claim a qualification we haven’t got. Photos of finished work and genuine customer reviews will go up here as jobs are completed. Until then, the images across the site are concept renders of the standard we build to.
